OYSTERS KILPATRICK: All dressed up topped with grilled bacon & worcestershire sauce. VOL AU VENTS: A pastry case filled with a combination of bacon, onion, capsicum, tomato & mushrooms in a white wine sauce, served with a crisp salad. GARLIC PRAWNS: Sautéed capsicum & onion in a garlic cream sauce complete this delicious dish. PASTA PARCELS: In a spicy Italian tomato & mushroom sauce. MAIN FARE FISH OF THE DAY: Oven baked, garnished with a combination of tomato & coriander, served on a bed of mushrooms & bok choy, accompanied by potato and vegetables. LAMB SHANKS: Gently simmered in herbed tomatoes, served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. CHILLI CHICKEN: Slices of tender chicken simmered in a combination of chilli and cream parsley sauce served with steamed vegetables. RIB FILLET: Aged rib fillet, lightly marinated in soy, cooked on a high heat in garlic butter, this brings out the full flavor of this dish, served on a creamy potato mash and spring steamed vegetables. Well Done, Med, Med Rare, Blue. FASSIFERN BANGERS & MASH: Specially made herb & garlic sausages served on a seasoned mash with parsley an onion gravy, accompanied by steamed vegetables. DESSERT STICKY DATE PUDDING: Served with vanilla custard. MANGO & MACADAMIA CHEESECAKE: With thickened cream on the side. HOT CORN CAKES: Sweet corn pancakes are served hot and accompanied by a salad of cool lettuce, sweet capsicum with sour cream on the side. 5 SPICE CALAMARI: Tossed in a combination of spices and gently tossed on a high heat to seal in the flavors. MAIN FARE LEG OF LAMB FOR TWO: Traditional lamb roast served with potatoes, pumpkin, onion, sweet potato & steamed vegetables, gravy & mint sauce. PORK FILLETS: Slowly simmered in a combination of sauces, served with sliced apple & gravy with potatoes & vegetables on the side. CHICKEN FILLETS: Pan fried and simmered in honey hoy, served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. GARLIC PRAWNS: Sautéed in a combination of garlic, onion, capsicum and spices, finished with parsley & cream and served with steamed rice.
